The following computer capabilities are required to process an online permit:

Online plumbing permits should not require a building permit or plan review.  They are stand-alone, residential, plumbing-only permits.  All online plumbing permits require plumbing inspections.

When an online permit application is received, Town staff will verify that all necessary information has been provided and will review the application for any potential problems. The Town staff will also check for any open permits on the property. The Town staff may determine that additional review or plans are required. If further review, or plans are required, or there are any open permits, the permit will be placed on hold and you will be notified by email or phone of any additional requirements, open permits or fees.
