Scope & Goals

The goals of the project are to improve the pavement thru full reconstruction, improve aesthetics, improve key intersections (1st and 17th), and improve pedestrian safety.

The project includes repairs and replacement of water mains, sanitary sewer mains, and storm drains, along with new pavement.

The City is considering additional improvements such as wider sidewalks, new street lighting, landscaping, utility under-grounding, bicycle lane modifications, and traffic calming.
