Project Area

St. Louis Avenue from North Division Street to 17th Street with the exception of the block between 3rd and 4th Streets.

Side streets generally go to the west to the Bay, with the exception of 14th and 15th Streets which go to the west side of Jacqueline Avenue. Side streets generally extend to the east to the length necessary to make a smooth transition, with the exception of 17th Street which extends to Philadelphia Avenue.
