Obtaining Copies of EMS Patient Care Reports (Ambulance Reports)

A copy of an EMS Patient Care Report may be obtained by contacting the administrative offices of the Ocean City Fire Department-Career Division during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm). EMS Patient Care Reports are confidential medical records. As such, EMS Patient Care Reports are only released upon authorization of the patient, their legal representative, or as required by subpoena or court order. To obtain a copy of an EMS Patient Care Report, contact:
