II. SITE PLAN

Final site plan approval since BZA 2419 #14-09400020 approval of special parking exception to grant a waiver of eight (8) parking spaces for the required 4 spaces necessary for 150 rooms, and required 4 spaces for public meeting space per Marriott requirements. The site of this application is located on Parcel 6703, A & A1, 1.90 acs, Plat Survey Lands G-K Co, and Part of Parcel B (6702); and further described as located on the west side of Sea Bay Drive, between 60th and 62nd Streets, and locally known as 300 Sea Bay Lane, in the Town of Ocean City, Maryland.

Informal discussion for proposed Planned Overlay District to include a 15 story hotel which will have 101 units. The site of the proposed Planned Overlay District is described as Lots 1, 2, 3, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 Block 1 of the Isle of Wight Plat; further described as located between 33rd and 34th Streets on the Ocean, and locally known as 3301 Atlantic Avenue, in the Town of Ocean City, Maryland.
