Pursuant to the provisions of Section 110-93(3), Powers, of the Code, an appeal has been filed pursuant to the provisions of Section 110-95(1)(a) requesting a variance to the front yard setback to allow the enclosure of a new entryway of a residential structure, providing a setback of 7’ 8.5” instead of 10’ as required by Code. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 110-93(2), Powers, of the Code, an appeal has been filed pursuant to the provisions of Section 110-94(2)(b) requesting a special parking exception to waive two (2) parking spaces in order to extend the pool deck. The site of the appeal is described as the resubdivision of Lots 16 & 17, Section Two of the Leeward Cay Plat, further described as located on the southeast corner of 125th Street and Jamaica Avenue, and known locally as Lorelei I Condominium, 103-125th Street, in the Town of Ocean City, Maryland.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 110-93(2), Powers, of the Code, an appeal has been filed pursuant to the provisions of Section 110-94(2)(b) requesting a special parking exception to waive five (5) parking spaces to allow the conversion of a retail service establishment to restaurant use. The site of the appeal is described as Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 43, Block 18 of the Shute Plat, and further described as located on the west side of Philadelphia Avenue, between 15th and 16th Streets, and locally known as 1505 Philadelphia Avenue, in the Town of Ocean City, Maryland.
