Meetings are held in the Council Chambers of City Hall located on Baltimore Avenue and Third Street, in the Town of Ocean City, Maryland.

At 6:00 p.m.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 110-93(2), Powers, of the Code, an appeal has been filed pursuant to the provisions of Section 110-94(2)(b) requesting a special parking exception to waive four (4) parking spaces, allowing the installation of a drive-thru window on the east side of Sinepuxent Avenue and the north side of 131st Street. The site of the appeal is described as Lot 88A, Block 88 of the Fenwick Plat, and known locally as J/R’s The Place for Ribs Restaurant, 13101 Coastal Highway, in the Town of Ocean City, Maryland.
