The Ocean City Municipal Airport is located 2 miles west of town, just off Rt. 611 in West Ocean City. It is open year round except for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year Day.

• Noise Abatement Procedures are in effect at OXB. Please be considerate of the Residential areas located north and south of the airport.

• All traffic patterns are left traffic.

• Please do not cut short your patterns. Pattern altitude is 1,000 ft AGL.

• To avoid pattern congestion, and for noise purposes, please use Vy
  and a straight out departure procedure if leaving the OXB area
