Adult Evening Doubles Instructional League #443120A
A great way to follow up the adult clinic. No partner necessary. Must be advanced/intermediate player. Limited to 24 players per day. Let the Tennis Shop know if you want to be a regular player or would like to substitute. Matches played on premier courts. Balls provided. 20 minute warm up includes instructional drill with Head Pro.

Adult Tennis Clinic #343115A
Experience a quality tennis clinic right here at the beach. These weekly, day clinics are designed for all levels. Groups will practice drills that optimize efficiency and then put them to work on the court. Six-to-one student/teacher ratio gives players the individual comments and attention that can really help them improve. Sign-ups required. Clinics are 1 1/2 hour segments with last half hour to implement instruction into a playing situation.

Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is a new, fun, group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout. Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. Participants consistently elevate their heart rates into their aerobic training zone. You can burn more calories than singles or doubles tennis. Must be over 18 (or over 16 with parental approval). Look for possible morning classes through the summer. Sign-up at the pro shop to reserve your space!
