CD Outdoors’ Ocean City Fishing Camp

Don’t let the big one get away! This exciting new camp will teach young anglers the skills and knowledge needed for a lifetime of fun catching fish. Camp Director Capt. Chris Dollar and his staff are enthusiastic fishermen eager to share their knowledge of the natural world with the next generation of anglers. Chris D. Dollar has more than 15 years experience as an outdoor professional. His passion for fishing is only matched by his passion to share his knowledge of the natural world with the next generation of anglers. Capt. Dollar is certified in First-Aid, holds a U.S. Coast Guard Master’s License and is active in numerous professional and conservation organizations. Campers will learn casting skills and how to tie flies and lures as well as engage in "hands on," nature-based activities that inspire campers to become stewards of our natural resources and outdoor traditions. On the final day, campers will board the Happy Hooker to put their newly honed skills to the test, with the chance to catch flounder, bluefish and croakers! Campers should pack a lunch daily and wear appropriate clothes and shoes for outside activities. Campers should also bring water, sunscreen, hat and sunglasses.
