OCPD’S PFC CHARLES “JOSH” KELLEY NAMED AMERICAN LEGION OFFICER OF THE YEAR

On Monday, October 25, Ocean City Police PFC Charles “Josh” Kelley was named Officer of the Year by the American Legion Post 166.
