Ocean City Police are advising residents and citizens about a wanted suspect who was involved in an armed robbery that occurred earlier today, August 3, 2012, at approximately 5 p.m. in the area of Rt. 50 and Rt. 589. On Friday, August 3, 2012, approximately 5:00 p.m., Ocean City Police were monitoring the Maryland State Police radio frequency when they heard a call for a report of an armed robbery with shots fired in the area of Rt. 50 and Rt. 589. The suspects, who fled the scene of the robbery, headed east on Rt. 50 in a blue Chevrolet with Pennsylvania registration. Continue reading →
