Cruise on down to Ocean City Maryland October 10, 11, 12, 13 2019 for the 22nd Annual Endless Summer Cruisin. With over 2,000 Rods, Customs, Classics and Trick Trucks cruisin the streets this is an event you won’t want to miss. While the main event will take place at the oceanfront Inlet lot along the southern part of the boardwalk there will be various satellite locations throughout the city, including the Ocean City Convention Center. There will be plenty of entertainment, games, giveaways and so much more.

Spooktacular Surf Stomp

Delmarva ESA Surf Contest #6
The Eastern Surfing Association is dedicated to the sport of amateur surfing, to the operation of a program of amateur competition for surfers of all ages and abilities, and to the establishment and preservation of free access to a clean shoreline and ocean environment. It was founded in 1967 by East Coast surfers to promote, preserve, and protect the sport of surfing on the East Coast.
Contests are subject to change due to wave and weather conditions.
OC Beach Classic

OC Beach Classic is a 2-day beach ultimate frisbee tournament featuring 28 teams from the Mid-Atlantic, North East, and South East regions. Beach Ultimate is a non-contact, fast paced sport played with a flying disc. The game is played co-ed and values “spirit of the game” which encourages sportsmanship, camaraderie, and fun. Players cannot run with the disc and must score a point by catching a pass from your team in the end zone. Registration info available here! Teams pay a registration fee. Spectating is FREE & family friendly!

Historic House Tour
October 12, 2019
This event will allow those that have an interest in local history to step into the past as they tour some of Ocean City’s oldest homes, hotels and other iconic sites. An interpreter will be at each site to discuss the unique history of the buildings.
The Historic House Tour is a fundraiser that will help strengthen and grow the George and Suzanne Hurley Scholarship Fund. This scholarship is open to Stephen Decatur High School graduates who plan on furthering their education at Salisbury University, Wor-Wic Community College, or UMES. Annually, the Museum awards one student, who can effectively demonstrate through essay, the historical significance of a community member, landmark, or event.

Work Sessions are held at 1:00 p.m. the Tuesday prior to a Regular Monday night meeting. A closed session precedes each open session, traditionally beginning at 12:00 p.m. but subject to change if needed.
Making Strides Against Breast Cancer 5K
The American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walks raise awareness and funds to save lives from breast cancer. Ocean City, MD, is one of the only venues to host a 5K run, as well as a noncompetitive 5K walk that brings people together to make a difference for everyone who has been touched by breast cancer. The event raises money to fund innovative research, provide free information, and support local programs.

O.C.TOBERFEST HALLOWEEN BEACH MAZE – Located at N. Division Street
Come experience the thrill of a giant Halloween Beach Maze during its two-weekend run, October 19-20 and October 26-27.
Children of all ages can enjoy a pleasant scream as they meander the sands of the giant, bigger and better beach maze! Wicked witches, pirates of the sand, scary scarecrows, ghouls in the graveyard, zombies and more will add to the excitement.
Hours are 10am to 5pm on Saturdays and 10am to 3pm on Sundays. This event is FREE!
A Maritime Heritage Festival – Join us for this festival that celebrates the rich history, culture, and heritage as well as the sport of commericial fishing industries. Highlights of the day will include seafood cooking demos, fish cleaning demonstrations, local fisherman displays, educational exhibits, live music, nautical artisans, food and fun kids activities!

Howl-O-Ween Pet Parade

Dress up your pets and parade the boards or sit back, relax, and cheer for your favorite. Lots of prizes & surprises will be awarded. While the event is free to particpate, donation of pet supplies and monetary donations will be collected for the Worcester County Humane Society. They might even have a few furry friends with them that are up for adoption!

Drive in Disguise
October 19, 2019
The Halloween Drive in Disguise parade will start from 26th Street and head south to the amusement pier.
Residents and visitors who are crazy about decorating for Halloween are invited to dress their vehicle in costume and ride down the Boardwalk during the annual Drive in Disguise parade on October 19th.
Participants will arrive at 26th Street and Baltimore Avenue by 2:45pm to stage for a 3:00pm departure at 26th Street on the historic Boardwalk. Vehicles will parade southward to the amusement pier area where participating cars will line up on the concrete part of the boardwalk north of the pier for an almost immediate start of Trunk or Treat. Prizes will be awarded by the Town of Ocean City for the most unique parade entries.

Trunk or Treat will take place on the boardwalk south of Caroline Street and north of the amusement pier as the Drive in Disguise gets parked and set up. Drive in Disguise participants have the option of participating in this candy and treat give-away. The event is expected to begin at approximately 3:30pm and will last as long as the participants have treats to give – and it goes quickly.
Run The Boards Like Rob

A 5k run and 1 mile fun walk in memory of our friend, Rob Schultheis, who we tragically lost while out running. Come support his family, friends, and the Salisbury University Alumni Association, which he loved so much. $30 for the 5K and $0 for the 1-mile.
