HUMAN RESOURCES

The Human Resources Department contributes to the Town’s success as a preferred resort destination by focusing on the Municipality’s most valuable asset, its employees. The Department addresses all employee support services in order to enhance the quality of work they provide to the Town’s Mission. Included are compensation and benefit assistance, training and career development advice and equal employment opportunity counseling.

The Town of Ocean City’s Human Resources Office is physically located in the City Hall Building at 301 Baltimore Avenue, First floor – Room 140, Ocean City, Maryland 21842.
