The Human Resources Department contributes to the Town’s success as a preferred resort destination by focusing on the Municipality’s most valuable asset, its employees. The Department addresses all employee support services in order to enhance the quality of work they provide to the Town’s Mission. Included are compensation and benefit assistance, training and career development advice and equal employment opportunity counseling.
