Your information does not pass through our network; and therefore, the Town of Ocean City does not collect, store or sell your information. However, we want to inform our users that these third parties have access to your personal information as you provide it. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

 

REFUND POLICY

Paid parking and bonfire permits are non-refundable. All other refunds are handled by the respective department.
