A request has been submitted for: Slips 1 thru 10 & 30 thru 81- install 10’ x 20’ jetports w/associated pilings, fittings and attachments per manufacturer recommendations and/or specifications; add 5’ to existing finger pier not to extend beyond existing channelward poles and not to exceed 20’ channelward of community walkway/boardwalk.  Slips 11 & 12 – install (2) 5’x12’ floating platforms, (1) 5’ x 16’ floating platform, (1) 5’ x 14’6” jetport w/associated pilings, fittings, and attachments as per manufacturer recommendations and/or specifications all within kayak launching area measuring 18’ x 17’; not to exceed 20’ channelward of community walkway/boardwalk. Slips 13 thru 21 – construct 15’ pier extensions for each slip not to exceed 30’ channelward of existing community walkway/boardwalk.  Slips 22 thru 29 – construct 15’ pier extension for each slip, not to exceed current channelward distance of 30’ from community walkway/boardwalk.  Slips 13 thru 29 – install boatlifts w/poles into each slip; resetting and re-aligning poles for slips 26 and 29; not to exceed 30’ channelward of community walkway/boardwalk. Slips 82 and 93 thru 98 – complete installation of boatlifts w/poles authorized PW06-082, not to exceed confines of existing slips and previously installed boatlift alignments and add 5’ pier extension to each slip not to exceed current pier alignment. Slips 83 thru 92 – add 5’ pier extensions not to exceed current pier alignments for existing boatlifts w/poles installed under BP#07-12781. The site of the proposed construction is described as being located at Island Edge Dr LU-BM8 Parcel #6684 in the Town of Ocean City, MD.
