A request has been submitted to maintenance dredge 2.5 acre boat basin to a uniform depth of -6.0 MLW and deposit 4,000 cy of spoil at an approved upland site; repair by replacement all piers with cross-bracing & breakwaters, including: 12×156 perpendicular pier with cross-bracing with 12×95 “Tee” head with 95 lf of breakwater under pier; a 4×142 & 8×142 perpendicular pier with a 12×142 & 5×55 “L” head, all with 197 lf of breakwater under pier and “L” head; construct new 160 lf of breakwater 5’ offset of north property line with a multi-pole dolphin at west end; install four (4) new multi-pole dolphins- 1 each at ends of “L” head and 1 each at ends of “Tee” head.  Remove and replace in-kind various existing deteriorated walers and install additional tie rods and anchors at various locations to stabilize existing bulkhead; remove and replace in-kind/same footprint 142 lf of Trimax bulkhead with vinyl sheeting in front of Building “B”.  Install batter piles along existing 50 lf bulkhead for additional support.  The site of the proposed construction is described as being located at 205 & 300 Somerset Sts Parcel # 2463, 2464, 2501 in the Town of Ocean City, MD
