5:30 PM – Work Session with Bill Neville, Planning Director
The Comprehensive Plan update schedule will continue with Planning and Zoning Commission review of chapter by chapter revisions. A motion to forward the draft plan (with any further revisions) to MDP for State Clearinghouse comments, and Worcester County should be the forthcoming goal. Additional work sessions could be scheduled as needed.

1) Preliminary review/approval of proposed resubdivision of Lot 12 into Lots 12 A & B.
The site of the request is described as Lot 12, Block 33 of the Ocean Bay City Plat; further described as located on the north side of 65th Street, and locally known as 16-65th Street, in the Town of Ocean City, Maryland
