OCEAN CITY, MD – (June 3, 2018): The Ocean City Police Department (OCPD) is currently attempting to locate Cesar Alcides Martinez Saravia, 23, of Montgomery County, MD.
Martinez Saravia was last seen in the area of 49th Street in Ocean City on June 2 at approximately 7 p.m. Martinez Saravia is 5’ 7”, approximately 160 pounds, and was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, pink shorts, black Nike Jordan sandals with white socks, and aviator style sunglasses.
