PARK RULES & PRECAUTIONS
Please Help Us Maintain Our Award-Winning, Family-Friendly Parks!
PARK HOURS: Dawn to dusk, except for scheduled programs/events and seasonal restrictions
PARKING: Please park vehicles in the designated parking lots or designated parking spots along the street. Please do not park in the grass or in any of our neighbors’ lots.
ALCOHOL is prohibited at all parks
SMOKING & VAPING is prohibited at all parks
WASTE: Please place all waste in trash containers.
DOGS are welcome at all parks, but must be leashed at all times pursuant to Town Ordinance 6-34(23). Please clean up and dispose of all your dog’s waste at all parks.
The exception being passholders within the Ocean City Dog Playground. For more information, visit our Dog Playground web page.
FEEDING WILDLIFE is prohibited at all parks. Please don’t feed birds or other wildlife.
SWIMMING & UNAUTHORIZED BOATING is prohibited in the Northside Park Lagoon.
MOTORIZED SCOOTERS & OTHER UNAUTHORIZED MOTORIZED TRANSPORTATION are prohibited within all parks, except if authorized by staff for unloading/loading purposes.
GRILLING is only permitted on stationary grills near the pavilions. No personal grills or fires allowed.
Parks with grills include:
Northside Park (125th Street, Bayside)
Gorman Park (136th Street, Bayside)
Fiesta Park (141st Street, Bayside)
RESTROOMS are not available at all locations and may or may not be available to park-goers at all times.
Parks with restrooms and/or port-o-johns include:
Sunset Park (S. Division Street, Bayside): Restrooms only open during events or rentals for an additional fee
Downtown Recreation Complex (3rd & 4th Streets, Bayside): TBD after construction completion
Ocean City Racquet Center (61st Street, Bayside): Restrooms open to facility users during business hours
Northside Park (125th Street, Bayside): Restrooms open during park hours from May through October; restrooms in the Recreation Complex are open year-round during business hours
Fiesta Park (141st Street, Bayside): Only open for rentals for an additional fee
FOLLOW OCEAN CITY NOISE ORDINANCE and please refrain from playing loud or inappropriate music.
OVERNIGHT CAMPING OR SLEEPING in the parks and parking lots is prohibited.
