SUNSET PARK
South Division Street
Located on South Division Street west of South Philadelphia Avenue. This park’s amenities include restrooms, outdoor stage and interpretive exhibits. Ocean City’s newest park is a promenade with native shore planting areas with a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean, Assateague Island, the Sinepuxent Bay and the Ocean City Commercial Harbor. The stage at Sunset Park is home to concerts and gatherings in the summer such as the Sunset Park Party Nights on Thursday evenings in July and August.
