Obtaining Copies of EMS Patient Care Reports (Ambulance Reports)

A copy of an EMS Patient Care Report may be obtained by contacting the Town of Ocean City’s EMS billing service, Medical Claim Aid. EMS Patient Care Reports are confidential medical records. As such, EMS Patient Care Reports are only released upon authorization of the patient, their legal representative, or as required by subpoena or court order.
