BEACH VOLLEYBALL & BEACH TENNIS COURTS
Between 2nd & 12th Streets, Beachside

Grab a partner and have a ball at the Beach Volleyball courts located between 3rd & 4th Streets off the Boardwalk. Public courts are available for pick up play during the summer. We are excited to announce that a beach tennis net has been installed at this location!

Other public nets can be found at various locations up and down the beach between 2nd and 12th Streets. Call 410-520-5403 for the location nearest you.

• Types of Rentals: Games, tournaments, practices, special events & multipurpose use
• Features: 5 beach volleyball courts & 1 beach tennis court (between 3rd & 4th Streets). Large groups & tournament organizers may be required to complete an application for a Special Event permit. Restrictions apply. Call for more details!

COMMUNITY ROOM
at the Northside Park Recreation Complex

• Types of Rentals: Community organizations, condo/HOA meetings, group functions, parties, fundraisers, business/non-profit, events & multipurpose use
• Features: Rectangular tables, folding chairs & podium as requested. There may be additional charges for a supervisor, setups, breakdowns, public address system use, etc.
• Amenities (indoor): Restrooms, water fountains, vending, free wifi, public address system
• Parking: Free parking, approximately 140 spots in parking lot in front of the Recreation Complex building (125th Street & Jamaica Avenue), approximately 80 spots in the parking lot near the ballfields (Jamaica Avenue), and free street parking along 125th Street, 127th Street, and Jamaica Avenue

• Room Capacity: 255 (full room without use of partition)

PICKLEBALL COURTS

Pickleball court rentals are available from late August to mid-June on Tuesdays and Thursdays only from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Go to yourcourts.com to check for availability. Residents can reserve a court 7 days in advance. Non-residents can reserve a court 6 days in advance.

• Amenities (outdoor): Dugouts; bleachers; restrooms by the ballfields, soccer field, and in the Recreation Complex building; port-o-johns; playground; fitness center; paved walking paths (1 mile, ¾ mile, and ½ mile); lagoon pier, bayside fishing & crabbing pier, grill (near pavilion), and concessions (concessions only available during sports tournament rentals.) Pavilion, gazebo, and patio areas can be reserved for an additional fee.
